Profiles here are built from public records — DC ownership filings, rental licences and enforcement history. If one of them is yours, you can claim it and reply publicly to any review.
2. Request verification
Use the Claim this profile button on the page. We’ll ask how you’re connected — a DLCP licence number, the registered agent on file, or the address on your filing. A person checks it, so it isn’t instant.
3. Respond
You can post one public response to any review of your profile. It appears beside the review and is seen by everyone who reads it.
What claiming does not do
- It does not let you edit or delete reviews.
- It does not change your score.
- It does not remove public records from your profile.
If a record is wrong — an ownership entry, a violation attributed to the wrong owner, two companies wrongly linked — that is a correction, and we fix those on evidence. Request a correction. We acknowledge within 3 business days.
